Midwest Rubber Service and Supply Company announced the appointment of Brent T. Anderson as the company’s President, succeeding Douglas Turk. Anderson will guide and oversee Midwest Rubber’s global operations as a manufacturer, distributor and fabricator of specialty rubber products. The appointment was effective September 1, 2016.

In his role as President and shareholder, Anderson is committed to advancing the family-owned company’s business strategies. “I am excited and honored to be appointed Midwest Rubber’s President,” said Anderson. “Through our family business I have been deeply involved in driving activities such as strategic planning, culture change and international business to facilitate company growth. I’m looking forward to working with our talented team to continue these initiatives.”

Anderson has held a number of positions at Midwest Rubber including General Manager of their U.S. and European operations. He spent four of the last five years in the Netherlands supporting the startup of a business unit to serve the European marketplace.

A Maple Grove, Minnesota native, Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota. He is also a proud husband and father to two young boys.
