Job description: This customer facing position requires a strong commitment to service, safety and teamwork. Use your technical material fabrication skills to create custom conveyor belts and then work with the customers maintenance team to install them on site. If you have a strong dedication to producing quality work and enjoy interacting with customers this job is for you!
- Learn all the techniques required for conveyor belt fabrication, vulcanizing with a heat press, welded v-guides, spiral and staple lacing tools and more
- Fast paced environment sometimes requiring same day emergency belt installations
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule that may include day shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays
- Operate in a variety of space configurations which may include heights and small spaces
- Drive the service van to various locations around MN and WI for customer belt installations
- Be a part of a team dedicated to safety and continuous improvement projects where we take employee input seriously
- Learn our company ERP system for Tracking and recording labor utilizing and material consumption
- learn the 5S system for keeping a clean and orderly work environment

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum belt manufacturing/fabrication work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and operate independently
- Ability to read tape measure and read blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Perform belt installs up to 500 miles round-trip
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Belt shop
- 1-2 years of fork truck and aerial lift experience
- 1-2 years of experience interfacing with customers
- NIBA lightweight belting trained
- OSHA 10 certified

Position Description and Purpose: Manufacturer of belting products that meet/exceed quality expectation, on-time delivery requirements, and with a high regard for safety.
- Build conveying belts as required by production order and manufacturing guidelines
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately & timely
- Track/record labor utilizing ERP system
- Register all output and consumption data
- Report all quality issues to department leadership

Minimum Qualification

- Accurate completion of required paperwork and time reporting
- Consistently meet department production performance standards

Essential Functions
- Measuring, cutting, printing, labeling, packaging and moving materials as needed in work cells
- Ability to work independently in one person work-cells
- Assures completion of all tasks and duties assigned

Position Description and Purpose:
Machine operator to produce high quality parts on time and accept responsibility for quality and on time delivery. Ensure daily efficiency by using continuous improvement (CI) tools and measures. Support and promote adherence to company policies and CI procedures, instructions, directive, and safety procedures.

- Cutting, producing, inspecting, labeling, and packaging per unit
- Assures accurate completions of required paperwork and clocking

Essential functions
- Measuring, cutting, and moving material
- Operate four (4) different shuttle press machines
- Provides assistance to all Hose operators
- Assures completion of all tasks and duties assigned
- Supports and mentors the CI program with all employees

Non-essential functions
- Measure and cut rubber hose to length
- Set up the shuttle press machine
- Fit the hose on the machine
